Barangaroo Wharf

The new Barangaroo Wharf is now open to the public, increasing Sydney’s ferry capacity and servicing the thousands of residents, visitors and workers travelling to Sydney’s newest commercial and residential district.

The new wharf will provide increased capacity for ferry services to meet future demand, and reduce demand on busy Circular Quay wharves.

Barangaroo Wharf opened to the public in June 2017. Key features include:

  • Two new wharves for customers travelling from the inner harbour and Sydney’s west
  • Accessible pontoons, seated waiting areas and weather protection
  • The new wharf connects customers to the city centre via Wynyard Walk, a pedestrian link between Barangaroo and Wynyard Station.
