Nominations
The Travel Choices Awards celebrate the contributions that businesses, organisations and individuals have made to strive for and support sustainable travel across Greater Sydney.
Eligability
Nominations are open to all organisations who have contributed to sustainable travel behaviour change in Greater Sydney.
Nominations must relate to initiatives that have been implemented in the last two years.
There are no limitations to the number of categories organisations can submit applications for.
Nominations process:
Nomination forms will be available on the Travel Choices website and submitted through the Travel Choices dropbox.
A 4-week nomination period has been planned, allowing time for nominees to prepare submissions.
The Travel Choices team will be responsible for collating the nominations, shortlisting and preparing for judging panel.
Low nominations will be monitored by the Travel Choices team and adjust approach to increase nominations eg. using existing Travel Choices organisations relationships and case studies to encourage nominations.
Organisational Excellence
The organisation(s) that have best met the judging criteria across their organisational initiatives and behaviours
Leading Initiative
The most effective individual initiative implemented by an organisation(s) in relation to the judging criteria
Leading Precinct
The precinct that has most effectively promoted sustainable travel behaviours in relation to the judging criteria.
